The B Series is our new line of larger skiffs with a wider 94" beam; these boats have all the beam you need for a large crew of serious fisherman. In addition to the "posi-grip, no- trip" hull bottom, the B Boats have our new Side Relief Vee bow. The SRV hull design will exhaust water spray laterally down and away from the boat, not up where you run through it. This bow shape was developed after extensive testing using high speed video equipment to analyze forward spray characteristics of different skiffs on the market, including our own boats. This new design will run drier in a light to moderate chop than any "standard Vee series skiff" built today. These skiffs will get you into some real skinny fishing spots with a 6" draft at rest with a full load of fuel and crew.

 The Carolina brand competition has tried everything. They resorted to clunky V''s with the wrong shape and then abandoned the effort.  They put tiny little lips on the bow and then regulated it to “oops that doesn’t work” status. And now they are doing old fashioned Tri Hulls. The fact remains, if spray is up in front of the boat...it''s too late...you will get wet. And we all remember those wet old Tri-Hulls. No one has duplicated the success of the SRV hull to move bow spray down and away.

  While we were designing the new bottoms, we did not forget about the top side. The Ring Cap used on the CCR Models is a one piece molded gunwale cover that connects the Yacht Finish Front and Rear Casting platforms. This piece allows us to use a heavier bolt on rub rail, stainless steel cleats with a flush mount cleat up front, and creates a space under the coaming rail for horizontal rod racks. We still offer our traditional CC Models with the Yacht Finished front and rear decks for a more economical package and our XL Commercial boats as well.
