The SV Series of boats was redesigned from the ground up using state of the art 3D Solid Surfacing CAD software. We choose to have the master hull patterns cut on a robotic milling machine for superb accuracy. The results are fair hulls with a sharp crisp reverse chine and nicely balanced lifting strakes. The Sundance SV Series has an 18 degree dead rise bottom, 2 lifting strakes and a reverse chine. All the SV boats have a full inner liner for a durable high gloss finish and with a molded non-skid surface.

We continue the tradition of 'NO-WOOD' construction of our skiffs in our bay boats. The floor and liner are cored with Airex NL-PVC foam for a strong solid feel without adding power gobbling weight. Stringers are 8" wide box beams made up of foam and glass and wrapped with 2 layers of woven roving. The transoms are our standard in-house built high density foam cores....a transom construction system that boast not a single recorded failure in 14 years and thousands of boats. We believe that below floor fuel tanks should outlast the life of the boat by many years and is why we use only .125 marine aluminum fuel tanks in our SV Boats, not the .09 material used by lesser boats. And the beauty of your boat should last as long as the fuel tanks....that is why we use AOC's best LS Resins and ISO-NPG Gel coats for quality laminates and superior gloss.
